This is his 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆, and by the looks of it, things are going very well: “The family feeling I get here is very nice. Also, the company seems to be set on a solid growth trajectory, with 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. I really like what I’m seeing.”
⚙️ When discussing what Sebastian enjoys the most about his job, the keywords are 𝙘𝙤𝙙𝙚 and 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜: “I love writing code and dealing with different technologies. For me, there is a reasonable learning curve right now, and that keeps me hooked.
It feels like in my field (QA automation), 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗳, but it used to be enough for people to hopefully appreciate the level of the current stuff we’re building. It gives a certain degree of freedom, which is welcomed.”
